David Yarrow (born 8 February 1966) is a British photographer, conservationist, and author. He takes amazing pictures of many different things. These include famous sports stars, top models, wild animals, and beautiful landscapes. He has even worked with supermodels like Cara Delevingne and Cindy Crawford.
David Yarrow is also known for his charity work. Since 2018, his photos have helped raise over $18 million for groups that protect nature and help people. In 2021, his work with Cindy Crawford raised over $5 million for a children's hospital. He is also famous for his photos that tell stories about the American Wild West. He lives in London.

Early Life and First Photos
David Yarrow's father, Eric Yarrow, was involved in a famous shipbuilding family. He also led a big bank called Clydesdale Bank.
David started taking photos when he was young. At age 20, while studying at Edinburgh University, he was named Young Scottish Photographer of the Year. In 1986, he took pictures at the World Cup in Mexico for The Times newspaper. His famous photo of Diego Maradona holding the trophy was seen all over the world.

After college, David Yarrow worked in finance for a while. But his love for photography never stopped. He eventually decided to focus on his art.
He believes that to take great photos, you need to be in front of interesting things. He has photographed many different subjects. These include the Dinka people in South Sudan, famous people like Diego Maradona and Cindy Crawford, and lots of wildlife.
When he photographs dangerous animals, David often uses a special remote-controlled camera. This lets him get unique shots looking up at the animal from the ground. His photos often sell for a lot of money. For example, in 2017, his "Mankind" photo sold for £60,000. In 2018, "The Wolf of Main Street" sold for $100,000 in New York. Another photo, "78 Degrees North," set a new record by selling for £81,250. In 2019, "Africa" sold for $106,250, and "Old Testament" sold for $52,500.

He is also an Ambassador for other groups like Wild Ark and the Kevin Richardson Foundation. These organizations also work to protect animals and help communities.
Since 2018, David's work has raised over $11 million for charities. In 2021, his collaboration with Cindy Crawford raised over $3 million for the American Family Children's Hospital.
In 2020, he started the #KoalaComeback Campaign. This helped raise over $1.4 million to support koalas after wildfires in Australia. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped raise over £1 million for the NHS (National Health Service) by selling a special charity print called “Our Pride.”
