Debra Killings is an American singer and bass guitarist. She is well-known for singing background vocals and playing bass for many famous artists. She has worked with groups like TLC and OutKast, and singers like Monica.

She sang background vocals on most of TLC's songs. She also worked on Monica's first two albums, Miss Thang and The Boy is Mine. Debra Killings also played bass guitar and sang background vocals on several OutKast albums, including ATLiens and Aquemini.

In 2002, Debra Killings signed with Verity Records. She released her first solo album, Surrender, in 2003. This album was a gospel music album. She was also the singing voice for the character Angel Davenport in the movie Idlewild. You can hear her voice clearly in the song "Moving Cool" from the movie.
