The Deloitte Tower (also known as Tour Deloitte in French) is a tall office building in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It stands 26 storeys high. You can find it between Windsor Station and the Bell Centre.
This building is special because it was the first office tower in Montreal in over 20 years to be built and paid for by private companies. It was finished in May 2015.

Who Works There?
The building is named after a big company called Deloitte. They are a professional services firm. Deloitte uses about 160,000 square feet of office space in the building.
Another major company, Rio Tinto, also has its main offices here. They moved from another building called the Maison Alcan. Rio Tinto uses about 190,000 square feet. This covers the top eight floors of the tower.

The Deloitte Tower is owned by a company called Cadillac Fairview. They are a large real estate company.
This tower is part of a bigger plan for the area. The plan includes building more retail shops and homes in the future. This will make the area a lively place with different types of buildings.
