Deng Minghe (Chinese: 邓鸣贺) was a talented Chinese actor. He was born on June 8, 2006, in Handan, Hebei, China. Deng Minghe became well-known for his amazing performances, especially in a type of Chinese opera called yu opera.
He sadly passed away on April 28, 2015, in Beijing, when he was just 8 years old.

His Big Performance
Deng Minghe is most remembered for a very special performance. He opened the 2012 CCTV New Year's Gala. This is a huge TV show watched by millions of people in China and around the world. During the gala, he sang a popular folk song. This performance made him a household name across China.
His Early Life and Other Roles
Before his big moment at the New Year's Gala, Deng Minghe had already started acting. In 2010, he appeared in a TV show called Liyuanchun. This show was produced by Henan Television. His early work helped him gain experience and prepare for his future success.
His Health and Passing
In 2013, Deng Minghe was diagnosed with leukemia. Leukemia is a type of cancer that affects the blood and bone marrow. He received treatment for the disease, which included five rounds of chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is a strong medicine used to kill cancer cells. After his treatment, he recovered and seemed to be doing well.
However, in February 2015, his health condition unfortunately worsened. Despite efforts to help him, Deng Minghe passed away a few months later in April 2015.
