Denis Brogniart (born 12 June 1967 in Dijon) is a French sports journalist and television host. He is well-known for hosting the adventure show Koh-Lanta since 2002. He also used to present Formula One car racing on TF1.

Denis Brogniart is married to Hortense, and they have three children together. He also has another child from a previous relationship, making him a father of four. His children were born between 2000 and 2007. He has twin daughters, Lili and Violette, and a son named Dimitri. Denis also has two brothers.
Denis was born in Dijon, France. His mother was a mathematics teacher, and his father worked in banking. After finishing high school, he tried to study medicine for about a year and a half. However, he decided it wasn't for him.
He then worked as a lifeguard and an activity leader at Club Med. He also taught sports. Denis always dreamed of becoming a sports journalist. He studied at the University of Caen Basse-Normandie.
