Denis Brogniart (born on June 12, 1967) is a famous French sports journalist and television host. He is best known for hosting the popular adventure show Koh-Lanta since 2002. He also used to present Formula One car racing on the TV channel TF1.

Denis Brogniart was born in Dijon, France. His mother was a math teacher, and his father worked in a bank. Denis has two brothers, François and Gilles.
After finishing high school, he tried studying medicine for a while. He then worked as a lifeguard and an entertainer at Club Med. He also studied to become a physical education teacher. Later, he went to a journalism school in Paris. His big dream was always to become a sports journalist.
