Denver is a small village located in Worth County, Missouri, in the United States. In 2020, only 32 people lived there. It's a very quiet place with just two churches and a post office. There aren't any shops or businesses, and some old buildings are empty.

History of Denver, Missouri
Denver started as a town called "Fairview" way back in 1849. Later, it was known as "Grant's Hill," and a post office opened there in 1866. The name was changed again to Denver in 1872. The village was named after James W. Denver, who was the fifth Territorial Governor of Kansas.
Where is Denver Located?
Denver is found on the east side of the East Fork of the Grand River. It's just south of where Little Rock Creek joins the East Fork. The village is along Missouri Route M, a little north of the border between Worth and Gentry counties.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Denver covers a total area of about 0.99 square kilometers (0.38 square miles). All of this area is land, with no water.
