Doñihue is a city and a special type of area called a "commune" in Chile. It is located in the Cachapoal Province, which is part of the O'Higgins Region. Doñihue is about 20 kilometers (12 miles) southwest of a bigger city called Rancagua. The commune of Doñihue includes two main towns: Doñihue itself and Lo Miranda.
