Domingo Jesús Ramón Menargues, born on March 10, 1958, in Crevillente, Spain, is a famous retired Spanish long-distance runner. He is especially known for his success in the 3000 m steeplechase event. This is a challenging race where athletes run 3000 meters and jump over hurdles and a water jump.

Domingo Ramón won a bronze medal at the European Championships in Athens, Greece, in 1982. He also represented Spain in the Summer Olympics twice, in 1980 and 1984. His fastest time in the 3000 meters steeplechase was 8 minutes and 15.74 seconds. He achieved this personal best at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.

He competed in the World Championships in Athletics in 1983 and 1987. Domingo Ramón was also a four-time champion of Spain in the 3000 meters steeplechase.
