Dominic Haakon Myrtvedt Purcell (born on February 17, 1970) is an actor from Australia. He is famous for playing Lincoln Burrows in the TV show Prison Break. He also played Mick Rory / Heat Wave in The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Another well-known role was Drake / Dracula in the movie Blade: Trinity. In August 2023, he married Tish Cyrus in Malibu.

Early Life and Education
Dominic Purcell was born in Birkenhead, England. His mother was Irish, and his father was English with Norwegian family roots. In 1972, when he was two years old, his family moved to Sydney, Australia. They first lived in Bondi before settling in Penrith.
He later studied acting at the Australian Theatre for Young People. After that, he went to the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. There, he studied alongside famous actor Hugh Jackman. Dominic Purcell has citizenship in three countries: Britain, Ireland, and Australia.
Family Life
Dominic Purcell was married to Rebecca Williamson from 1998 to 2008. They have four children together.
In November 2022, he began dating Tish Cyrus. She is the mother of Miley Cyrus and other well-known children. They announced their engagement in April 2023. Dominic and Tish got married in August 2023 in Malibu, California.
In June 2016, Dominic Purcell had an accident while filming Prison Break season 5 in Morocco. An iron bar fell on his head, causing injuries. He was taken to a hospital for emergency treatment.
