Where is Dripping Springs Located?
Dripping Springs is in the southeastern part of Delaware County. To its south is the border of Adair County. The community's northern edge is near U.S. Route 59 and U.S. Route 412.
A stream called Dripping Springs Branch flows to the southeast. This stream goes through Natural Falls State Park. This park was actually known as Dripping Springs until 1990. That's when the state took over the land.
Dripping Springs is about 8 miles (13 km) east of the town of Kansas. It is also about 9 miles (14 km) west of Siloam Springs, which is in Arkansas.
The United States Census Bureau says that Dripping Springs covers a total area of about 1.42 square miles (3.7 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
