Dustin Rowe, born on September 23, 1975, is an American lawyer from Oklahoma. He has been a justice on the Oklahoma Supreme Court since 2019. Before this, he worked as a city attorney and was a city council member. He even served as the mayor of Tishomingo, a small city in Oklahoma, from 1994 to 1999.

Dustin Rowe's Early Life and Education
Dustin Rowe studied hard to become a lawyer. He earned his first degree, a Bachelor of Arts, with honors from East Central University in 1998. Later, he went to the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He graduated with his law degree, called a Juris Doctor, in 2001. While there, he was recognized as a Lee B. Thompson Scholar.

Youngest Mayor in Oklahoma
In October 1993, when he was just 18 years old, Dustin Rowe was chosen to join the city council of Tishomingo, Oklahoma. He was still in high school at the time. In April 1994, he was elected to the council by the people. Soon after, the city council members voted for him to become mayor.
This made him the youngest mayor in Oklahoma's history. He was also one of the youngest mayors ever in the United States. He served as mayor for two terms, helping to lead his hometown.
Legal Work and Judgeships
After his time as mayor, Rowe continued his work in law. He became the city attorney for Tishomingo, Oklahoma. This means he was the main lawyer for the city government. He also served as a judge for the Chickasaw Nation. This role involved making legal decisions for the Chickasaw people.
Joining the Oklahoma Supreme Court
On November 20, 2019, Governor Kevin Stitt chose Dustin Rowe for an important job. He was appointed as a justice on the Oklahoma Supreme Court. He filled a spot that became open when Justice Patrick Wyrick moved to a different court. As a Supreme Court Justice, Rowe helps make important legal decisions for the entire state of Oklahoma.
