Earl John Hindman (born October 20, 1942 – died December 29, 2003) was an American actor. He was best known for playing Wilson W. Wilson, Jr. on the TV show Home Improvement. This show was a sitcom that ran from 1991 to 1999. His character, Wilson, was the friendly neighbor whose face was always partly hidden from viewers.
