East Hempfield Township is a community located in west-central Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is a type of local government area called a township. In 2020, about 26,350 people lived here.
East Hempfield is one of the areas right next to the city of Lancaster. It shares the same official name as Lancaster, Pennsylvania, according to the United States Postal Service.
