Ebby Halliday (born Vera Lucille Koch; March 9, 1911 – September 8, 2015) was an American businesswoman. She was a realtor who started her own very successful company, Ebby Halliday Realtors.

Ebby was one of the first successful female business owners in Dallas, Texas. People often called her the "First Lady of Real Estate." She was known for being a strong woman who succeeded in a business that was mostly run by men at the time.

In 1938, Ebby moved to Dallas, Texas. She was asked to manage the hat section at a store called W.A. Green. Soon, she opened her own hat shop in Dallas, which she named Ebby's Hats.
