El Frasno is a small town, also known as a municipality, located in the province of Zaragoza. This area is part of the Aragon region in Spain.
In 2004, about 476 people lived in El Frasno. By 2010, the population was around 141 people. The latest count in 2018 showed about 384 residents.
This town is nestled in the beautiful Sierra de Vicort mountains. It is also close to the N-II highway, which is a main road. A mountain pass, called Puerto del Frasno, gets its name from the town.
