Elisha "Little" Chism (born July 1, 1916 – died April 4, 1982) was an American baseball player. He was an outfielder, which means he played in the part of the field farthest from home plate. Eli Chism played in the Negro leagues, which were professional baseball leagues for African American players. These leagues existed when Black players were not allowed to play in Major League Baseball.

Eli Chism played for two different teams during his career. In 1946, he was part of the Cleveland Buckeyes. The next year, in 1947, he played for the Birmingham Black Barons. His brother, John, also played in the Negro leagues a few years earlier, in 1937. Sometimes, their baseball records are even listed together.
