Eliana Maria Piva de Albuquerque Tranchesi (born November 24, 1955 – died February 24, 2012) was a well-known Brazilian businesswoman. She owned a famous fashion store called Daslu in São Paulo. Daslu was known for selling many international fashion brands in Brazil. Some of these brands included Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Prada, and Chanel.

Her Life and Daslu
Eliana was the daughter of Lucia Piva, who helped start Daslu. Eliana was married to a doctor named Bernardino Tranchesi. They had three children together: Bernardino, Luciana, and Marcella.
After her mother passed away in 2005, Eliana took over running the Daslu store. She decided to move the store from its original location to a much larger space. This new, bigger store was called Villa Daslu.
Her Later Years
In 2006, Eliana shared that she had been diagnosed with a serious illness. She had a lung tumor that had spread to her spine. She received medical treatments like chemotherapy and radiotherapy to help her.
Sadly, Eliana passed away early in the morning on February 24, 2012. She died at the Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo. Her death was due to complications from lung cancer.
