Florence Eloise Hardt (born September 17, 1917 – died June 25, 2017) was an American actress. She was known for her roles in many films and television shows. Her acting career lasted from 1941 to 1987.

Eloise Hardt was born on September 17, 1917, in Lawton, Oklahoma. Her mother was Cherokee, and her father was German. When she was 13, her family moved to California. There, she started working as a model.
Starting in Hollywood
A famous photographer named Tom Kelley took pictures of Eloise. These photos helped her meet John Huston, a well-known film director. He helped her get a contract with Columbia Pictures, a big movie studio.
Her acting career began in 1941. Her first movie was called You Belong to Me.

Eloise Hardt appeared in many films. Sometimes, her roles were not officially listed in the movie credits. She also made a guest appearance in the TV series Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
