Emlenton is a small town, also called a borough, located in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. It is unique because it sits across two different counties: Clarion and Venango.
In 2010, about 625 people lived in Emlenton. Most of them, 617 people, lived in Venango County. Only eight people lived in the Clarion County part. Emlenton is also home to the Emlenton Bridge, which is part of I-80. This big bridge goes over the Allegheny River.

History of Emlenton
Emlenton got its name from a woman named Hannah Emlen Fox. She was the wife of Joseph Mickle Fox. Joseph was one of the people who helped start the town and owned some of the first land there.
Emlenton Historic District
The Emlenton Historic District is a special area in the town. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. This means it has important buildings and places that are worth protecting because of their history.
