Early Life and Education
Erika Costell was born in Toledo, Ohio. She grew up in Bedford Township, Monroe County, Michigan, in a large family with 12 siblings. When she was 16, while still attending Bedford High School, she began working as a model. She was represented by well-known modeling agencies like Wilhelmina International.
After finishing high school in 2011, Erika went to Middle Tennessee State University. She studied business administration there. However, she decided to leave college before her last semester to move to Los Angeles and focus on her modeling career.
Career Highlights
In 2015, Erika Costell became the very first employee of Jake Paul's company, Team 10. She started as his assistant and later became the Chief Operations Officer (COO), helping to run the business side of things.
