Jake Joseph Paul (born January 17, 1997) is an American professional boxer, influencer, and actor. He started his career by sharing videos on Vine in September 2013. He gained 5.3 million followers and 2 billion views before the app closed.
Paul launched his YouTube channel in May 2014. He has been recognized by Forbes as one of the highest-paid YouTube creators.
As an actor, Paul appeared in the 2016 film Dance Camp. He also starred as Dirk Mann in the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark (2016–2018). He was in films like Airplane Mode (2019) and Mainstream (2020). He also made guest appearances in TV shows such as Walk the Prank (2016) and The Price Is Right (2017).

Early Days on Vine and YouTube
Paul started making videos in September 2013 on Vine. By the time Vine closed, he had 5.3 million followers. He also had 2 billion views on the app. Paul launched his YouTube channel on May 15, 2014. His channel became known for fun pranks and hip hop music.

Paul vs. Fury
After two failed attempts, Paul finally fought Tommy Fury on February 26, 2023, in Saudi Arabia. Fury won the fight by split decision. This was Paul's first professional loss.
