Estelle Denis was born in Paris, France. She spent her childhood in a town called Le Coudray-Montceaux. This town is located in the Essonne area.
In 1994, Estelle finished high school. She then went on to study at CELSA Paris. In 1996, she decided to study journalism. She moved to Bordeaux for her training. After two years of learning and an internship at France Inter, she got a job. She was hired by France 2 to help cover the 1998 Football World Cup. In the same year, she became a journalist for Infosport+, a sports channel.

Personal Life
Estelle Denis was married to French footballer and manager Raymond Domenech. They met while working at the Infosport+ channel. Raymond Domenech proposed to Estelle live on television. This happened on June 17, 2008, after France was eliminated from UEFA Euro 2008.
Estelle and Raymond have two children together. Their daughter was born in 2004, and their son was born in 2007. The couple separated in 2020.
Estelle Denis is now in a relationship with a sailor named Marc Thiercelin.
