Etsuko Inada (稲田 悦子, Inada Etsuko, February 8, 1924 – July 8, 2003) was a Japanese figure skater. She mostly competed in singles skating. Etsuko Inada was a very successful athlete. She won the Japanese national title seven times! She also had the amazing experience of representing Japan at the 1936 Winter Olympics when she was only 12 years old.

Etsuko Inada was born on February 8, 1924, in Osaka, Japan. From a young age, she showed great talent in figure skating. Her dedication and skill quickly made her one of Japan's top skaters. She became famous for her graceful performances on the ice.

Competing at the Olympics

One of Etsuko's most remarkable achievements was competing in the 1936 Winter Olympics. These Olympic Games were held in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Etsuko was only 12 years old at the time. This made her one of the youngest athletes ever to compete in the Winter Olympics. It was a huge honor to represent her country on such a big stage. She placed 10th in the women's singles event.
