The plant has small flowers that grow in a cluster. This cluster is called an umbel. Each umbel usually has 5 to 8 flowers. These flowers can be white or pink. They have dark stripes down the middle of their petals. These petals are also called tepals.

The natural habitat of the Euboea pixie onion is rocky areas. It also likes Mediterranean-type shrubby places. These are areas with small bushes and dry weather.
