Valeria Alexandrovna Reshetnikova-Tsatouryan (born July 13, 1987), known by her stage name Eva Rivas, is a talented singer. She has both Russian and Armenian roots. Eva is famous for representing Armenia in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2010. Her song was called "Apricot Stone". Later, in 2014, Eva Rivas was a judge on The Voice of Armenia.

Eva Rivas was born and grew up in Rostov-on-Don. This city is in Russia. Her mother is Armenian, and her father has both Russian and Greek family. Eva chose her stage name, Eva Rivas, from her Greek great-grandmother. When she was young, she loved to sing. She was part of an Armenian music group called "Arevik" in Rostov.

Eva Rivas became very well-known for her part in the Eurovision Song Contest. This is a huge international music competition. On February 14, 2010, Eva won the Armenian National Final. This meant she would represent Armenia in the 2010 contest.

She earned a total of 141 points. Before the contest, Eva visited different countries in Europe. She wanted to share her song with more people. Eva hoped to represent Armenia again in 2012. However, Armenia did not take part in the contest that year.
