Exeter St Davids railway station is the main train station in Exeter, England.
This station is a very important hub for trains in the area. It is the second busiest train station in Devon, with many thousands of people using it every year. The number of passengers grew quite a lot between 2002 and 2007, showing how popular it is! The station first opened its doors on 1 May 1844.

You can catch trains to many places from Exeter St Davids, including two different routes to London!
- To London Paddington: One main route takes you to Paddington station in London. This service is run by Great Western Railway. These trains usually travel along the Bristol to Exeter line.
- To London Waterloo: Another way to get to London is by taking a South West Trains service. This route goes to Waterloo station in London, using the West of England Main Line.
- To Other Cities: Trains also connect Exeter St Davids to other major cities. You can find services run by CrossCountry that go to places like Birmingham New Street, and even further north into England and Scotland.
Exeter St Davids is special because it's one of the few stations where trains going to London can leave in different directions from either end of the station.
