Fair Play is a small, quiet community located in Millstone Township, which is part of Monmouth County, in the state of New Jersey, United States. It's called an unincorporated community, which means it doesn't have its own separate local government. Instead, it's governed as part of the larger Millstone Township.
Fair Play is situated in a rural area. You can find it just south of a place called Disbrow Hill and north of Rocky Brook. It's located along County Route 1, also known as Perrineville Road, right where it meets Fairplay Road. This community is west of Perrineville and southeast of Hightstown.

Fair Play has a simple but interesting history. Back in 1889, there was already a school building in the area. By 1892, the school district in Fair Play was teaching 48 children. This shows that even over a hundred years ago, Fair Play was a place where families lived and learned.
