This means it's a recognized area for gathering population data, but it doesn't have its own separate local government.
In 2010, about 420 people lived in Falmouth. By 2020, the number of residents had slightly decreased to 397.

Where is Falmouth Located?
Falmouth is found in the northwestern part of Lancaster County. It sits right where the Conewago Creek flows into the large Susquehanna River.

- To the southwest, across the Susquehanna River, you'll find the town of York Haven in York County.
