Farahnaz Pahlavi's Education
Farahnaz Pahlavi went to several schools in different countries. She studied at the Niavaran Special School in Tehran, Iran. She also attended the Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, Connecticut, United States. Later, she went to the Cairo American College in Cairo, Egypt.
College and University Studies
From 1981 to 1982, Farahnaz attended Bennington College in Vermont, USA. She then went to Columbia University. In 1986, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in social work. This field helps people and communities. In 1990, she received a Master's degree in child psychology from the same university. Child psychology is the study of how children think and behave.
Working with Children
After her studies, Farahnaz Pahlavi tried to find work. She looked for jobs at international organizations that help people, like UNICEF. UNICEF is a part of the United Nations that works for children's rights and well-being. However, according to her mother, she was not able to get a job because of her family name.

Farahnaz Pahlavi has never been married. She also does not have any children. She lives with her family.
