Federico Castelluccio, born on April 29, 1964, is an American actor. He is well-known for playing Furio Giunta in the TV show The Sopranos on HBO.

Early Life and Education
Federico Castelluccio was born in Naples, Italy. When he was three years old, his family moved to Paterson, New Jersey, in the United States.
In 1982, Federico received a special scholarship. This scholarship allowed him to study at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. There, he earned a degree in painting and media arts. Before getting this scholarship, he even had the chance to create a painting for the famous actor George Burns.
Acting Career
Federico Castelluccio started his acting career in 1986. He has appeared in many films and TV shows.
Famous Roles in TV and Movies
One of his most famous roles was as Furio Giunta. This character was a loyal helper in the popular HBO series The Sopranos. He also appeared in the movie Made with Jon Favreau. Another film he was in was 18 Shades of Dust with Danny Aiello.
In 2006, he was part of the movie A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints. This film won awards at the Sundance Film Festival. It was praised for its directing and its cast, which included Robert Downey Jr. and Rosario Dawson.
Federico also acted in El Cantante, a movie about a singer. He played a lead role in the TV movie Dragon Dynasty. This film was shown on the Sci-Fi Channel.
Directing and Other Work
In 2014, Federico Castelluccio acted in a short film called Eulogy. He and the other actors won an award for Best Ensemble at the Queens World Film Festival.
He also started directing movies. In 2016, he directed the film The Brooklyn Banker. The next year, in 2017, he directed a TV pilot called Outcall.
In 2011, Federico was a guest judge on the TV show The Apprentice. He helped Donald Trump decide which celebrity designed the best hat. Federico chose La Toya Jackson, who won money for her charity.
Painting Discovery

Federico Castelluccio is also known for his amazing discovery of an old painting. In 2014, he found a 17th-century painting by a famous Italian artist named Guercino. He found it in a gallery in Frankfurt.
The painting was mistakenly thought to be from the 18th century. Federico bought it at an auction for about $68,000. After paying for its cleaning and other costs, his total expense was around $140,000. Later, experts realized the painting was much more valuable. Its actual worth was estimated to be about $10 million!
