Exploring the Fellhorn

Getting to the Top
Getting up the Fellhorn is easy thanks to a special lift. In 1972, the Fellhorn Lift was built. This is a gondola lift that takes people up the mountain. It starts in the Stillach valley. The top station of the lift is at 1,967 meters (6,453 feet).
Winter Fun: Skiing and Snowboarding
The Fellhorn is part of a big ski area. It connects with the Kanzelwand mountain. This area is called the Fellhorn/Kanzelwand Ski Region. It has 24 kilometers (about 15 miles) of ski slopes. There are also 14 different lifts to help skiers and snowboarders get around. It's a great place for winter sports.
