Exploring Kanzelwand

Kanzelwand is a popular place for both winter sports and summer adventures. Whether you love to ski or hike, this mountain has something for you.

How to Reach the Summit

Getting to the top of Kanzelwand is quite easy. You can take the Kanzelwand lift, which is like a big cable car. It carries you smoothly up the mountain, offering amazing views along the way. If you prefer to be more active, you can also reach the summit by hiking one of the trails.

Winter Fun: Skiing and Snowboarding

During winter, Kanzelwand becomes a snowy playground. It's part of a larger ski area called Fellhorn/Kanzelwand. This area boasts 24 kilometres (15 mi) (about 15 miles) of ski pistes, which are marked trails for skiing and snowboarding. There are also 13 different lifts to help you get around the mountain quickly. It's a fantastic place to hit the slopes!

Summer Adventures: Hiking and Views

When the snow melts, Kanzelwand transforms into a beautiful spot for hiking. You can explore different trails that wind through the Allgäu Alps. From the summit, you'll get breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It's a perfect place to enjoy nature and get some fresh air.
