Fincastle is a small community in Campbell County, Tennessee, in the United States. It's called a "census-designated place" because it's a specific area that the government counts for population. However, it is not an officially incorporated city or town. In 2010, about 1,618 people lived there.
This community was once known as Glade Springs. Later, it was named Fincastle after a town in Virginia. Many of the first people who settled here came from that Virginia town.

Fincastle is found in the Powell Valley. It is along State Route 63. This route is northeast of LaFollette. It is also southwest of Speedwell.
To the north, you can see Cumberland Mountain rising high. A few miles to the south, you will find Norris Lake.
