Flagler Estates is a community in St. Johns County, Florida. It is a "census-designated place" (CDP), which means it's an area identified by the U.S. Census Bureau for statistical purposes. It is not an officially incorporated town or city.
Flagler Estates is located about 8 miles (13 km) southeast of Hastings. It shares a border with Flagler County to the south. In 2020, about 3,540 people lived here. This community is part of the larger Jacksonville Metropolitan Area.

Where is Flagler Estates Located?
Flagler Estates covers an area of about 11.94 square miles (30.92 km²). A small part of this area, about 0.87%, is covered by water. The main way to enter the community is from State Road 13 onto Flagler Estates Boulevard.
This area is known for its large residential lots. Most lots are about 1.13 acres (4,570 m²) in size. Even though Flagler Estates is quite spread out, the closest services like stores and hospitals are in Palatka. To get there, you need to cross the St. Johns River.
A river called Deep Creek flows through the middle of Flagler Estates. About 2.4 miles (3.9 km) east of the area, you can find Old Brick Road. This road is a historic site listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
