Flat Fork is a small stream, also called a "fork," located in Anson County, North Carolina. It flows for about 7.15 miles (11.51 km) before joining a larger stream known as Brown Creek. Brown Creek then flows into the Pee Dee River system.

Flat Fork begins its journey about half a mile northeast of Wadesboro, North Carolina. From there, it flows generally towards the northeast. Its path ends when it meets Brown Creek. This meeting point is located about 4 miles southeast of Ansonville, North Carolina.
