The Illinois River and Flint Creek itself help form the southeastern border of this community. Major roads also mark its edges. U.S. Route 59 runs along its northeastern side. Part of the northern border is formed by Five Mile Hollow Road. On the western side, you'll find Oklahoma State Highway 10.
Flint Creek is located about 5 miles (8 kilometers) southeast of a town called Kansas.
