Forrest Goodluck (born August 6, 1998) is a talented Native American actor. He first became known for his role as Hawk, the son of Hugh Glass, in the 2015 movie The Revenant. Since then, he has appeared in many other films and TV shows.

Early life and Background
Forrest Goodluck was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a Native American. His father, Kevin, is from the Navajo people. His mother, Laurie, has roots in the Navajo, Hidatsa, Mandan, and Tsimshian tribes from Alaska.
His grandmother on his mother's side was a member of the Three Affiliated Tribes. Forrest himself is also a citizen of the Three Affiliated Tribes.
Acting Journey
Forrest Goodluck's first time acting was in sixth grade. He performed in a school play called A Charlie Brown Christmas. After that, he continued to act in school plays during middle and high school.
When he was 13, he tried out for a movie by Native American director Chris Eyre. The movie was called Man Called Buffalo, but it was never made. However, this experience helped him meet people who would later help him get acting roles.
Breakthrough Role
At 16, Forrest auditioned for the movie The Revenant. This film became his very first major movie role. He played the character Hawk. For his work in The Revenant, Forrest won an award. He received the Best Performance in a Feature Film – Supporting Young Actor (14–21) at the 37th Young Artist Awards.
Later Roles
In 2016, Forrest was cast in a TV show pilot for Hulu called Citizen. He played a character named Guero.
Later, in 2016, it was announced that Forrest would star alongside famous actors like Chloë Grace Moretz in the movie The Miseducation of Cameron Post. In this film, he played Adam Red Eagle.
He also starred as Saul Indian Horse in the 2017 drama Indian Horse. This movie tells a story about the difficult experiences of Indigenous children in Canadian schools a long time ago.
In 2022, Forrest played Michael in the movie How to Blow Up a Pipeline. This film is a thriller about environmental issues. A part of the movie was filmed on the reservation where his family lives. This area had been affected by oil drilling.
More recently, in 2023, he played Billy Crow in the Western TV series Lawmen: Bass Reeves.
