The Four Seasons Private Residences at 706 Mission Street is a tall building in San Francisco, California. It is 43 stories high and stands 510 ft (160 m) tall. This building is still being built in the South of Market area.
This skyscraper is special because it will have two main parts. The top floors will be home to up to 190 private apartments, called condominiums. The bottom four floors will be the new home for the Mexican Museum. The building also includes the historic Aronson Building in its design. It is located near Yerba Buena Gardens and the Moscone Center.

Building History: When Did It Start?
The plan for this building was approved in 2013 by San Francisco city leaders. Construction on the site began in February 2016.
Selling Homes: How Much Do They Cost?
In May 2019, people could start buying the apartments. There are 146 apartments in total. Prices for these homes started at $2.3 million. The most expensive apartment, a penthouse on the very top floor, was priced at $49 million. This made it the most expensive penthouse ever in San Francisco. There are also 12 other penthouse apartments that cost between $15 million and $25 million.
A company called Westbrook Partners took over the project in late 2019. In October 2019, a local newspaper reported that the Four Seasons Private Residences was looking to hire experts in art and wine. In January 2020, it was reported that famous basketball player Steph Curry was buying an apartment in the building. The building was planned to be finished in June 2020. When the coronavirus pandemic made it hard for people to visit in person, the building started offering online tours of the homes in May 2020.

Legal Matters: Solving Problems
After the building plan was approved in 2013, some people living in the nearby Four Seasons Hotel & Residences filed a lawsuit. This disagreement was settled in 2015, allowing the project to continue.
