The Fourth of July Creek is a small creek located on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska, United States. It begins high up in the Chugach Mountains, fed by several small glaciers. The creek flows for about 5 mi (8.0 km) before it empties into Resurrection Bay near the city of Seward.

Fishing Fun

Even though you can't fish for salmon directly in the Fourth of July Creek, its mouth (where it meets Resurrection Bay) is a super popular spot! This is because Resurrection Bay is famous for its many silver salmon. People often go there to catch these fish, making it a great place for fishing adventures.
