Francisco Robles García (born May 5, 1811 – died March 2, 1893) was an important Ecuadorian leader. He served as the President of Ecuador from October 16, 1856, until September 17, 1859.

Francisco Robles García was born on May 5, 1811. His birthplace was Guayaquil, which was then part of the Royal Audience of Quito. This area later became Ecuador.

He was married to Carmen Santistevan Avilés. They shared their lives together.

Time as President

Robles became the ninth President of Ecuador. His time in office began on October 16, 1856. He led the country during a period of change.

His presidency ended on September 17, 1859. Gabriel García Moreno took over as president after him.

Later Years and Death

Francisco Robles García passed away on March 2, 1893. He was 81 years old when he died. His death happened in his hometown of Guayaquil, Ecuador.
