Frazer is a community in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is known as a census-designated place (CDP). This means it is an area that the government defines for counting people. Frazer is part of East Whiteland Township.
You can find Frazer along US 30, a major road. It is located between the towns of Exton and Malvern. Frazer is also where Pennsylvania Route 352 begins.

Transportation in Frazer
A main train line, once owned by the Pennsylvania Railroad, goes through Frazer. Today, Amtrak uses this line for long-distance trains. SEPTA, which runs local trains, also uses it.
Even though there is no train station in Frazer, SEPTA has a maintenance facility there. This facility, called SEPTA Frazer Yard, helps keep the Paoli/Thorndale Line trains running. In 2019, a group called the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission looked into building a new SEPTA station in Frazer. They suggested a good spot near Immaculata University.

Frazer has been home to some interesting people:
- Erma Keyes (1926–1999) was born in Frazer. She was a talented baseball player who played in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. She also went to Ursinus College.
- Jack Lapp was a professional baseball catcher. He played in Major League Baseball from 1908 to 1916. He was part of the 1911 World Series champion Philadelphia Athletics team.
- Archimedes Robb (1814–1875) was an American politician from Pennsylvania.
- The famous singer-songwriter Jim Croce is buried in Frazer.
