Fred Figglehorn is a funny character created by Lucas Cruikshank. Lucas was a teenager from Columbus, Nebraska when he first made Fred.

Fred Figglehorn first appeared on YouTube in 2006. He was shown as a five-year-old boy with a very high-pitched voice. Lucas Cruikshank makes his voice sound like that for the character. By April 2009, Fred's YouTube channel had over one million subscribers. This made him the most subscribed person on YouTube at that time. His channel once had over 3,000,000 subscribers!

In February 2009, Lucas Cruikshank started working with Nickelodeon. He acted in an episode of iCarly. He also made three movies: Fred: The Movie, Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred, and Fred 3: Camp Fred. Lucas also created his own TV show for Nickelodeon called Fred: The Show.

The Fred Figglehorn world includes three web shows. These are FЯED, Figgle Chat, and It's FЯED!. There are also three movies and one TV show. Fred has released two music albums. These are It's Hackin' Christmas with FЯED! and Who's Ready to Party?. You can also find many kinds of merchandise. This includes T-shirts and a talking doll.

FЯED: The Movie

This movie is about Fred Figglehorn, a hyper teenage boy. Fred has a crush on a girl named Judy. He gets sad when he sees her singing with his enemy, Kevin. Fred wants to sing with Judy too.

He tries to find Judy's house after she moves. On his journey, Fred meets many different characters. He meets a talking deer and an old friend. He also meets Bertha, who is his friend. And he meets Derf, a boy who is the opposite of Fred.

When Fred finds Judy's new house, she is having a party. Fred was not invited. Other kids at the party are mean to him. They make fun of him because he is not popular. Fred accidentally vomits on Judy's party dress. He then leaves the party feeling upset.

Fred gets angry when Kevin posts a video of him vomiting online. So, Fred decides to have his own party. He plans not to invite anyone to get back at Kevin. Fred asks Bertha to help him pretend to have a great party. They dress up mannequins and play around. Fred then edits the video of their fake party. He posts it on the internet.

His schoolmates watch the video and believe it was a real party. They think Fred and Bertha had a really good time. Many students say how awesome Fred and Bertha are. Kevin, though, says the party was "lame." Soon, Judy visits Fred's house. She asks if they can sing together, and Fred agrees.

FЯED 2: Night of the Living FЯED

At school, Fred learns his music teacher has been replaced. The new teacher is Mr. Devlin. Fred thinks it's strange when Mr. Devlin throws away a hearing aid. On his way home, Fred and Bertha see a girl named Talia following them. Fred thinks she is stalking him.

Later, Fred finds out Mr. Devlin is his new neighbor. Fred becomes scared, thinking Mr. Devlin might be a vampire. At school, Mr. Devlin asks everyone to join a music group. Fred believes Devlin is trying to turn everyone into vampires.

That night, Fred spies on Mr. Devlin. He sees him burying something that Fred thinks is a body. Meanwhile, Talia disappears. Fred thinks she might be a ghost. Kevin's mom then invites Fred and Bertha to a party. There, they find out Talia is Kevin's sister. The next day, Mr. Devlin goes on a date with Fred's mom. This makes Fred even more worried.

Fred asks Bertha to help him prove Mr. Devlin is a vampire. They spy on Mr. Devlin and Fred's mom at a restaurant. Mr. Devlin orders a bloody steak, which makes Bertha more suspicious. Later, Fred falls from his window while trying to escape Mr. Devlin. Fred then puts up crucifixes around his house. He believes vampires hate holy things. Derf tells Fred to face his fears. So, Fred buys garlic sauce. At the piano recital, Fred squirts garlic sauce on everyone, including Talia.

Afterward, Mr. Devlin invites Fred to dinner to "bury the hatchet." Fred sets up a live video stream on his phone. He wants to prove Devlin is a vampire. Inside Devlin's house, Fred finds a secret room. It is filled with meat and bones. Devlin walks in with a long knife and a tall headdress. This scares Fred. Fred drops his phone into boiling liquid. The video freezes on Devlin's image. Everyone who sees it thinks Devlin is a vampire. But after Devlin explains his hobbies, Fred starts to like him.

Everyone at school sees Fred's video. They all believe Devlin is a vampire. Fred runs to Devlin's house to apologize. But Devlin is too sad to answer. Mr. Devlin gets fired and says he will sell his house. Fred feels guilty and tries to fix things. He decides to pretend he is the vampire. Bertha and Talia help him. Talia reveals she dislikes her brother, Kevin.

Kevin and his friends go to Devlin's house. They think Devlin has Talia. Devlin tells them vampires are not real. But Bertha comes out and says, "Vampires are real, but it's not Devlin. It's him!" Then, Fred walks out of the garage carrying Talia. He threatens to turn her into a vampire. Bertha makes Kevin stab Fred, and fake blood sprays out. Devlin sees Fred and accepts his apology. Devlin then says he quit his job and sold his house by choice. As Fred's mom and Devlin leave for dinner, Fred looks in the mirror. He sees that Mr. Devlin has no reflection. This means he was a vampire after all! Fred screams in terror as the movie ends.

FRED 3: Camp FRED

The third Fred movie is called Fred 3: Camp Fred. It was shown on Nickelodeon on July 28, 2012. In this movie, Fred is stuck at Camp IWannapeepee. His mom signed him up for the wrong camp. He quickly makes friends with two other campers. They must win the Summer Camp Games. They need to beat Camp Superior, where Kevin is a camper.

FЯED: The Show is a Nickelodeon TV series. Lucas Cruikshank stars as Fred. A preview of the show aired on January 16, 2012. Another preview aired on February 20, 2012. The show itself started airing on the same day as the second preview. This show was made after Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred was successful.

Fred is the first web show that Fred started with. There are four seasons of this show. Each season has a slightly different style. In Season 1, Fred wears a blue shirt. In Season 2, his shirt turns red. This happened because his grandma washed a red sock with his clothes. In Season 3, his shirt somehow becomes blue again. Season 4 is in high definition (HD). It shows Fred in many different places, not just his house.

Figgle Chat

Figgle Chat is a talk show series created by Fred. In this show, Fred interviews special guests. Some of his guests include "Barack Obama," Hunter Hunterson, and Perez Hilton.

This web show is an animated version of Fred's world. The first episode was called "Fred gets Animated part 1." It was posted on November 17, 2011. The second part, "Fred gets Animated part 2," was posted on November 24, 2011.
