The Galleria at Crystal Run first opened its doors in 1992. It's a very large building with two floors. The mall has about 120 different shops and restaurants. You can also find a big 16-screen AMC Theatres inside. This means there are lots of movies to watch!

Important Event in 2017
On November 26, 2017, an unexpected event happened inside the mall. This caused the mall to go into lockdown. Local police, New York State Police, and the FBI quickly responded. Two people, a 49-year-old woman and her 12-year-old son, had minor injuries.
A few days later, on November 28, a person from Forest City, Pennsylvania turned themselves in. The situation was then resolved by the authorities.
