George Ragsdale was born on April 4, 1951. He is an American former American football player and coach. He played professionally as a running back in the National Football League (NFL) and the United States Football League (USFL).
Ragsdale played college football for the North Carolina A&T Aggies. After his playing career, he became a coach. He worked at his old college, North Carolina A&T, and also at Morris Brown College, Norfolk State University, and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
