Adela of Normandy, also known by her birth name Gerloc (or Geirlaug), was an important historical figure from the 10th century. She was born in 912 and was baptized in the city of Rouen. Her father was Rollo, who was the Count of Rouen, and her mother was Poppa of Bayeux. Adela was also the sister of William I Longsword, another significant leader of Normandy.
