Glenview Hills is a small city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. It is known as a home rule-class city, which means it has the power to manage its own local government. In 2010, about 319 people lived there. By 2020, the population had grown to 377.
Glenview Hills got its name from the nearby community of Glenview. Even though Glenview Hills was named after Glenview, it actually became an official city in 1972. This was more than ten years before the original town of Glenview received its own official recognition.
Geography of Glenview Hills
Glenview Hills is located in the northern part of Jefferson County. It sits between two other communities: Glenview to the north and Glenview Manor to the south.
Interstate 71, a major highway, runs along the southern edge of Glenview Hills. However, there are no direct exits into the community from this highway. The city of Louisville is about 9 miles (14 km) to the southwest.
According to the United States Census Bureau, Glenview Hills covers a total area of about 0.13 square miles (0.33 square kilometers). All of this area is land.

In 2000, there were 337 people living in Glenview Hills. These people lived in 133 households, with 115 of them being families. Most people living in Glenview Hills are White.
