Grasston is a city in Kanabec County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 158 at the 2010 census.

History
A post office called Grasston has been in operation since 1899. The city derives its name from Grass Lake.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.95 square miles (2.46 km2), of which 0.91 square miles (2.36 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) is water.
Minnesota State Highways 70 and 107 are the main routes in the community.
The Snake River flows nearby.

2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 158 people, 53 households, and 41 families living in the city. The population density was 173.6 inhabitants per square mile (67.0/km2). There were 63 housing units at an average density of 69.2 per square mile (26.7/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.1% White, 0.6% African American, 0.6% from other races, and 0.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.3% of the population.
There were 53 households, of which 47.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.3% were married couples living together, 9.4% had a female householder with no husband present, 5.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 22.6% were non-families. 18.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.98 and the average family size was 3.32.
The median age in the city was 34 years. 29.1% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.7% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 27.8% were from 25 to 44; 24.1% were from 45 to 64; and 11.4% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 51.3% male and 48.7% female.
