Green Gold Animation is an Indian company that creates popular cartoons and animated movies. It was started in January 2001 by Rajiv Chilaka. The company is well-known for making the Chhota Bheem TV series and the Krishna movie series.
Green Gold Animation has offices in different countries, including India, Singapore, the Philippines, and the United States. Besides making shows, they also sell toys and other products related to their characters. They also handle digital content, run their own stores, and organize special events.
Over the years, Green Gold has produced many animated series. Some of their first shows included Bongo and Krishna. They later created Chhota Bheem, which became very popular. Other shows include Mighty Raju, Luv Kushh, and Arjun: The Prince of Bali. In 2017, they launched Super Bheem, a 3D version of Chhota Bheem where he has superpowers.
Green Gold Animation has won many awards for its work. These include several FICCI Awards and a Business Excellency Award in 2014. They also won "Licensor of the Year" awards in 2012 and 2013. Rajiv Chilaka, the founder, received the CII Emerging Entrepreneur Award in 2011. In 2016, Amazon Prime Video bought the rights to stream many of Green Gold's shows online.
