Greenwich is a small village located in Huron County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 1,409 people lived there. The village has a public library, which is part of the Huron County Community Library system.

History of Greenwich
Greenwich got its own post office in 1828. Later, in 1879, it officially became a village. The village was named after Greenwich Township, which got its name from the town of Greenwich, Connecticut.

Greenwich covers a total area of about 1.37 square miles (3.55 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 1.35 square miles (3.50 square kilometers), is land. Only a small part, about 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometers), is water.
