Gustavo Lino Adrianzén Olaya (born 25 October 1966) is a Peruvian lawyer and politician. He served as the Prime Minister of Peru from March 2024 to May 2025. Before this, he was Peru's representative to the Organization of American States (OAS). He also worked as the Minister of Justice and Human Rights in 2015.
Education and Learning
Gustavo Adrianzén studied law at the University of Lima in Peru. He continued his studies in Spain at the University of Alcalá de Henares in Madrid.
He focused on Human Rights, learning in different places around the world. These places included Geneva, Strasbourg, San José, and Florence. He also earned a master's degree in Public Administration and Management. This degree was from INAP in Madrid. He also received a diploma in Public Administration from Complutense University.
Political Journey
Gustavo Adrianzén started his political career in 2015. He became the Deputy Minister of Justice and Human Rights. Just two weeks later, on April 2, he was made the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.
Later that year, he faced some challenges. He resigned from his position on October 20, 2015.
In 2023, President Dina Boluarte chose him for an important role. He became Peru's permanent representative to the Organization of American States (OAS). As an ambassador, he shared Peru's strong support for the OAS's values. He left this role in March 2024.
On March 6, 2024, he became the Prime Minister of Peru. He took over after the previous prime minister resigned. He served in this role until May 13, 2025, when he resigned.
